Panelists:

Paul Cossu, Partner at Pryor Cashman, Art Law Group: Paul is both a transactional and litigation art attorney. His ligation work includes a representing prominent collectors in claims against a former major art gallery that sold forgeries, artists in high-profile copyright infringement cases, and more. His transactional work includes acting as outside counsel to art galleries, and drafting and negotiating time-sensitive purchase, sale, consignment, loan, commission, and security agreements. Paul earned a ranking in Art and Cultural Property Law in the 2023 High Net Worth Guide from Chambers and Partners. 

Luke Nikas, Partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, Art Litigation and Disputes Practice Co-Chair: Luke is a highly experienced litigator in an array of industries such as art, advertising, banking, consumer goods, law firm business, insurance, pharmaceutical, health care, professional sports, media and entertainment, technology, and real estate.
